£160m city defining Leeds development revealed
A £160m “city defining” mixed-use and private rented sector (PRS) development has been earmarked for a site in Leeds.The Parklane Group’s proposed INC building would total 33 storeys and comprise almost 485,000 sq ft of space.The proposed development site on Wellington Street, close to the Leeds’ inner ring road, would be developed into a mix of commercial, residential and leisure facilities including a 198 unit aparthotel, 163 PRS apartments, 200 co-living apartments, almost 43,000 sq ft of co-working space, a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, gym and retail facilities.Architects’ practice BDP has been appointed to develop the design for INC.
