170 new houses in West Bridgford given the go ahead
Plans to build more than 170 houses on a West Bridgford field were given the green light on August 17. The planning application to build 171 homes on a site south of Wilford Lane was passed by Rushcliffe Borough Council’s planning committee at yesterday evening’s meeting.The proposed buildings will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroomed houses, either two or three storeys in height, and 30 percent of these will be affordable housing.
