£2.2m commercial investment being considered
A £2.2m investment for a commercial workspace development in Lincolnshire is being considered.North Kesteven District Council is looking into the proposals at Discovery Park in North Hykeham.The plans could include 14 units ranging in size from 750 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.The authority already manages 111 workshops across 11 sites. Five of these are in partnership with the private sector, five sites are owned by the council and one is part owned.
