£21m scheme is largest ever for Cube
Cube, the private sector arm of Great Places Housing Group, has announced the acquisition of its largest ever scheme – a £21m development in Gorton, Greater Manchester.The Melland Road site has been purchased with plans to build 131 family homes. This will include a range of two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached properties available for sale, shared ownership and private rent.Planning applications are now underway and work is due to begin on the scheme this summer. Cube are working with Seddon on the scheme, and the first sales are forecast for early 2018.
