£27m Edinburgh hospital refurbishment project to begin
ROBERTSON is set to start a £27 million project to redevelop areas of the Western General Hospital for NHS Lothian following the appointment of RMF Health – a consortium consisting of Robertson and FES.The work will include the refurbishment and extension of the haematology and oncology areas as well as the creation of a new renal unit. The scheme is due for completion in 2021.The project coincides with the hospital’s 150th anniversary. The facility provides a range of services and is home to the regional centre for cancer for the south east of Scotland.
