30-acre Delamere Forest development site sold
A 30-acre development site on the edge of Delamere Forest has been sold to the Trafford Housing Trust for more than £7m, paving the way for construction of 166 homes.The plot has reserved matters consent for 166 homes and is located 0.2 miles from Delamere railway station, which offers regular services to Manchester and Chester.The scheme will now be built out under Trafford Housing Trust’s Laurus Homes brand working with Lane End Development Construction and L&W Developments.The first sales from the site are expected in 2018.
