34-home development set for approval
A development made up of 34 homes in Rhondda Cynon Taf looks set to be approved after it received a positive recommendation from planners.The plans for the scheme for Llantwit Fadre were submitted on behalf of Engie and Hafod Housing Association.The scheme is made up of ten two-person flats and 24 homes with two to four bedrooms, all of which will be designated affordable.Rhondda Cynon Taf’s planning and development committee meets tomorrow (3 October).
