35 new homes for rent underway in East Dunbartonshire
Trust Housing Association is building 35 new homes across two sites in East Dunbartonshire.A development at St. Mungo Street in Bishopbriggs comprises 16 two-bedroom flats which will be made available for mid-market rent. A second development on Main Street in Torrance will provide 19 two-bedroom flats for social rent.Trust’s chief executive, Rhona McLeod, and director of asset management, David McIndoe, visited the sites recently to see how the projects are progressing.The Torrance site will be ready for tenants in Summer 2019 and the Bishopbriggs site by Autumn 2019.
