£35m 15-storey tower set for green light
A £35m mixed-use development planned for the banks of the Avon which includes a 15-storey tower could be about to get the green light after receiving a recommendation from planning officers.The development is planned for the site of a former Esso garage on Bath Road in Totterdown, Bristol.Under the plans submitted by CSJ Planning on behalf of Bath Road Property Developments, the three towers will range from the largest 15-storey tower with two additional basements, with a central six to seven-storey block and a three-storey eastern block.Set to be predominantly residential, there are 152 homes planned to be spread between the three blocks, plus 5,145 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor. Of the homes, 30 will be designated affordable.
