£50m Chilwell residential scheme gets green light
Residential developer Farland Developments has secured planning permission for a 250-unit scheme on the former home to Barton Transport in Chilwell in Greater Nottingham.The plans, which were presented by Farland Developments, The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community and Bartons, were approved by Broxtowe Borough Council and will see a 12-acre brownfield site transformed into a mixture of homes, including affordable ones, and green space.Construction is due to start in Autumn 2017.
