600-home Lancing development moves forward
CALA Homes has acquired a plot of land in Lancing, paving the way for the development of 600 homes.The company recieved planning permission for the scheme off Hayley Road at the beginning of 2020.It was developed in collaboration with New Monks Farm Development Ltd and will comprise a mixed-use scheme which will also include a country park, land for a new primary school and an IKEA store. Almost a third of the dwellings have been allocated for affordable housing.
