87-home development gets green light
Plans for an 87-home development in Haverfordwest have been given the go-ahead by Pembrokeshire County Council.The application by Pembrokeshire Housing Association will feature 24 flats, 27 two-bed homes, 16 three-bed and six four bed homes, in a combination of one and two storey properties.The development will sit on land, which in 2014 was approved for 110 homes, in Albert Town on the western edge of Haverfordwest.All of the houses will be designated as affordable with the developer stating its intention to hire local contractors for construction.
