AEW buys Planet Ices MK scheme
Real estate investment firm AEW has acquired the freehold interest in Planet Ice’s Milton Keynes scheme for more than £4m.The 51,000 sq ft purpose-built unit, located within Milton Keynes Leisure Park, has recently undergone a £5.8m refurbishment.Let on a new 20-year lease to Planet Ice, the investment provides a rental income of £300,000 per annum, with five-yearly rent reviews.Planet Ice was advised by Colliers and AEW was advised by Avison Young.
