Almost 60 homes to go before planners
The proposed construction of almost 60 homes as part of a wider development in Derbyshire could soon be approved.Peveril Homes is seeking full planning permission to build 58 properties on land off Holborn View, Ripley.The development represents the third and last phase of housing on the broader Codnor Common Farm.Proposals comprise a mix of two- to four-bedroom units, 30 per cent of which would be affordable.Amber Valley Borough Council’s planning committee will review the application on 12 June.Members have been recommended to approve the scheme.
