Antler Homes backed by £8.6m Paragon facility

Antler Homes has secured an £8.6m finance facility with Paragon Development Finance.The money will be used to support the company’s latest new-build project in Slinfold, where it has acquired land to commence the Crosby Farm development.The scheme will comprise 24 homes and have a gross development value (GDV) of £12.5m.A new pavilion for the cricket club would also be provided.The funding is Paragon’s third deal with Antler Homes and was led on behalf of the bank by relationship director Toby Burgess.Andrew Rinaldi, managing director of Antler homes, said: “We’re delighted to work on our third project with Paragon Bank, delivering high quality, innovative and sustainable homes in the charming village of Slinfold.”We have developed a strong working relationship with Toby and the team at Paragon. They understand our business and are straightforward to deal with.”Burgess added: “This is the third project Paragon have funded for Antler Homes since 2020 and the largest to date. Antler is a fantastic developer with a well-earned reputation for delivering outstanding homes in the South.”
