Appointments support Sintons expansion
Newcastle-headquartered law firm Sintons is expanding into the financial services market supported by the appointment of two new specialists.Sinton’s new financial services offering includes the handling of regulatory issues impacting banks, building societies, financial advisors, investment firms, insurers and commercial lenders.The expansion is being overseen by the newly appointed head of regulatory Neil Smart, who joins the firm after a career as a barrister. Associate Sheila Ramshaw, a well-known specialist, has also been appointed, with both having extensive experience in financial regulatory and compliance work.
