Approval for Bristol residential scheme
Planning permission has been secured for a 255-home build-to-rent (BTR) scheme in Bristol city centre.Located within the Temple Quay Enterprise Zone, LGIM Real Assets’ ND7 development aims to provide a “much-needed boost” to Bristol’s rental housing supply.Assael Architecture has been appointed to the project.Legal & General, through Legal & General Capital and LGIM Real Assets, entered the BTR market in 2016, in partnership with PGGM.The ND7 development site was acquired by the partnership last year for £4.8m from Square Bay.
