Approval for latest Frontier Park developments
Plans for a series of large-scale industrial and warehousing units, as well as premises geared towards start-ups, to be built at the Frontier Park commercial site near Blackburn have been approved.PWA Planning advised Monte Blackburn, the property and development company for the Issa family, on the development.The larger aspect will comprise four units totalling approximately 176,000 sq ft. These will be made up of two blocks of similarly-sized facilities, each serviced by a parking area for 50 or more cars.The second involves building one 5,000 sq ft and three 3,000 sq ft start-up units on a vacant site that is already cleared and ready for construction work.Barnfield Construction is the main contractor.
