Approval for major Preston development
A major mixed-use development lined up for a site in Preston has been backed. The plans are expected to yield economic benefits for the area.Lined up is improved infrastructure and a new roundabout on the Preston Western Distributor Road alongside 1,100 homes on a site near the village of Higher Bartle.Working with the landowner Tom Barron Pension Fund and advisers Eckersley with DPP Planning, Robertson Strategic Asset Management (RSAM) acted as site promoter to gain planning.
