Approval for Trowbridge scheme
Plans for a 187-strong residential scheme on the edge of Trowbridge have been approved.Barratt Homes is behind the development, and is aiming to start construction next summer.It will comprise a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties on the 16-acre site, which has been set aside in the Wiltshire Housing Sites Allocation Plan.More than 500 jobs will be supported during construction, with Barratt Homes set to contribute more than £3.5m towards healthcare, education, highways and wider community facilities through Section 106 and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payments.
