Approval granted for massive housing development in rural Harwell
Approval for a development of up to 4,200 homes near Harwell has been given.Vale of White Horse District Council planning committee unanimously agreed outline planning permission for the Valley Park development between Didcot, Harwell and Milton, at a meeting on 20 April.It was also announced at the meeting that 35 per cent of the development will be affordable housing.The plans also include a leisure centre, several parks, two primary schools and a special needs school.
