Approval secured for Langho project
Plans to build a 42-strong residential development in Langho have been approved.Pringle Homes’ proposals include 29 executive detached homes together with 13 affordable homes, including eight bungalows. It will be known as Northcote Park.The site is within the draft settlement boundary of Langho. It previously had consent for a development of 18 homes but the full planning application by Pringle argued that “at a density of fewer than four dwellings per hectare, the 18-unit scheme was not deliverable, nor did it represent an efficient use of land”.The consultant team for the project included Maybern Planning & Development, LMP Architects and Mode Transport Planning.
