Approval set for former Cardiff pub homes
Demolition is being lined up for a former pub in Cardiff to make way for a housing development, with plans recommended to be granted permission.Cardiff Council’s housing development team is behind the application for the old Pennsylvania pub at 204A Brynfedw, Llanedeyrn.Lined up is a redevelopment of the site accommodate 11 affordable homes.There would be associated highway infrastructure, landscaping works and green infrastructure.The properties comprise a mix of two and three bedrooms.Cardiff Council’s planning committee will discuss the application on Thursday (14 March).A recommendation has been made to grant planning permission, subject to conditions.
