SHSCT wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a multi-disciplinary design team for the provision of consultancy services in connection with individual capital work schemes with construction costs above 500 000 GBP. Capital work schemes typically comprise new buildings, extensions to existing buildings, conversions/refurbishment of existing buildings, and enabling works in advance of other major capital works schemes. This framework it is anticipated will include major redevelopment of site wide acute hospital services.
