Avant Homes Launches Two New Developments
Midlands housebuilder Avant Homes has launched two new developments which will provide almost 246 new-build properties in Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire.The developments have a gross combined development value of £80m. The new sites include Barton Point in Kettering and Wilbur Chase in Ruddington.As well as these developments providing new homes, Avant Homes has also committed to a combined community contribution of £2.5m towards local education, highway provisions, transport links and healthcare.Barton Point in Kettering will offer a selection of three and four-bedroom homes, while Wilbur Chase in Ruddington will offer a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom homes.Work began at Wilbur Chase in Ruddington in summer 2020 with Barton Point in Kettering following in February 2021. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in summer 2021.
