Ayrshire Housing submits latest development plans for Maybole
Ayrshire Housing has lodged a planning application for 22 houses at Queen’s Terrace on the edge of Maybole.The scheme has been designed by DO Architecture to reflect the ambitions of the Association’s new Design Guide for energy efficient and flexible housing. There will 18 two and three-bedroom houses as well as four one-bedroom flats. Each flat includes an additional small room which can be used either as a home office or a child’s bedroom.The other members of the design team are McColm Civil and Structural Engineers and Thomson Cost Consultants.
