Bolton development set to advance
Plans to build almost 160 homes in Bolton as part of the ongoing Croal Valley development look set to secure approval.Placefirst is behind the application, which concerns a site near Central Street.Proposed is demolishing the existing buildings and bringing forward 158 units across two apartment blocks and rows of stacked townhouses.At ground level of one of the blocks, commercial space is proposed.The application will go before Bolton Council’s planning committee tomorrow, with approval lined up.
