Bridgewater Business Park sold in multimillion-pound deal
Kingmoor Park Properties has sold the 12-acre Bridgewater Business Park in Leigh in a multimillion-pound deal.A consortium comprising MCI Developments and Your Housing Group is behind the acquisition of the former BICC cable manufacturing facility, which had outline planning permission in place for a residential development when a sale was brokered.MCI now intends to build out the affordable scheme for Your Housing Group.Matthews & Goodman advised Kingmoor, with LM6 acting on behalf of the buyers.
