Bristol offices set for refurbishment following sale
A Bristol office development is set to be refurbished to provide space for technology and media businesses following its sale for more than the £650,000 guide price.The property at 3 Portland Place on Pritchard Street has been sold to a commercial office investor.Savills acted on behalf of a family trust on the sale and the property consultancy has also been retained as leasing agent.The 3,395 sq ft building was sold with vacant possession and will now undergo an internal refurbishment to provide modern office space including LED lighting and high-speed internet connection.Once completed, the building will feature five floors of open plan offices starting at 641 sq ft with car parking, cycle storage and shower facilities. The suites will be targeted at the technology and media sectors and will be ready to occupy from late summer 2017.
