Bruntwood and Hillcrest partner on Knutsford scheme

Bruntwood has partnered with Hillcrest Homes to work on the next phase of the Booths Park project in Knutsford.The duo are looking to bring forward a phased development of about 150 homes with open spaces and a mixture of property types. These include family housing, bungalows and efficiently-designed apartments.The proposed site has been confirmed as safeguarded land for future residential development through its allocation by Cheshire East Council in the Local Plan.Bruntwood and Hillcrest Homes will soon launch a public consultation on the masterplan for the proposals, which recognises the proximity of the plot to Booths Hall. The project will also look at enhancing the leisure potential of the Mere and new public pathways across Booths Park.Owned by Bruntwood, Booths Park is an estate of more than 220 acres and is home to a thriving business community with more than 60 companies employing about 1,300 staff.
