Bunnyhomes invests in North Devon
A new development in Fremington, North Devon, is set to introduce 34 new homes alongside enhanced recreational facilities and roads.bunnyhomes, an independent West Country developer, is behind the proposal which will include 11 properties under its affordable homes contribution.The new development, Foxglove Lane, will offer a mix of two, three and four bedroom properties close to local amenities with easy access to Barnstaple and Bideford.As part of the planning permission and under the S106 agreement, bunnyhomes will make more than £400,000 worth of various contributions to the community.Contributions will be made towards recreation facilities at Beechfield, the Village Green, Nature Reserve and a BMX track in Griggs’ Field while there will also be improvements to the junction at A3125/B323. Support for local school transport and education contribution funds are also included.bunnyhomes has additionally contributed funds towards upgrading a play park based in the neighbouring new homes development. Residents of Foxglove Lane will have access to these play facilities and surrounding woods.Reservations at Foxglove Lane will be taken from March.Foxglove Lane is bunnyhomes’ fifth development in the West Country.
