Caddick Construction appointed to £3m industrial development
Caddick Construction has been appointed to build a further £3m industrial development at the Cross Green Industrial Estate in Leeds on behalf of Towngate.The company will construct a 57,500 sq ft detached double portal framed building along with infrastructure works and services. Work has now started on the Pontefract Lane site and will complete in March 2020.Caddick Construction previously completed the first two units as part of the Towngate Link project, with snapped-up on pre-let deals. Wine merchant, London City Bond, has expanded into the 55,000 sq ft detached warehouse and Beerhawk took the second 62,500 sq ft warehouse.
