Canmoor to spend £3m on LFCTV home
A £3m refurbishment programme is now underway at the distinctive Liverpool city centre office building which is home to LFCTV and professional services firm EY.Commercial property specialist Canmoor purchased the freehold of 20 Chapel Street on behalf of British Airways Pension Trustees last year.It has now taken back space from Joints and Points to make way for an expansion of the ground floor reception area.
