Carmarthenshire residential schemes set for approval
A trio of residential developments in Carmarthenshire look set to be approved at a meeting this week.The first application is seeking full planning permission for the construction of 10 detached dwellings on land to the rear of Y Garreg Llwyd, Ebenezer Road, Llanedi.Access, infrastructure and landscaping works have been proposed by applicant LJE Cardiff Construction Ltd. Proposed is a mix of three five-bedroom properties and seven four-bed homes.The second application seeks outline permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling and its replacement with the siting of four detached dwellings at 22 Ar Y Bryn, Pembrey, Llanelli.All detailed matters relating to the proposal have been reserved for future consideration. The application is seeking to establish the principle of developing four new properties on the site.The third application seeks full planning permission for the development of nine detached bungalows. Land opposite the Plough and Harrow, Betws, Ammanford, has been earmarked by Gwyr Developments Ltd for the development.Approval has been recommended for all three applications which include a total of 23 properties.
