Carringtons £100m regeneration approved

Himor Group has been granted planning permission by Trafford Council for the development of the first phase of homes and commercial space at the 1,655-acre former Shell refinery.The council approved the Future Carrington scheme at its meeting on Thursday 13 April, and subject to a legal agreement, Himor hopes to start on site by the end of the year.
