City centre building to be transformed into new mixed-use destination
A building in Leeds city centre is set to be transformed into a new office, retail and leisure destination.Plans to turn 34 Boar Lane into a new mixed-use scheme were approved by Leeds City Council. The 56,000 sq ft building was bought for £9.58m by current owners LJ Real Estate from Regional REIT, managed by London & Scottish Investments. Previously known as CGU House, 34 Boar Lane is located immediately opposite the railway station and Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
