City centre offices set for apartments scheme
Offices in Wolverhampton are set to be transformed into more than 40 apartments after permission was granted.George House in St John’s Square has been earmarked for the latest scheme which will see 44 flats created.Put together by Shropshire-based DC Architectural Design, the application has been approved by City of Wolverhampton Council.It comes after a bid to form 43 apartments was also approved by the authority in July 2019.The three-storey building was acquired by Evans Mann Commercial in March 2019 from Amjad & Sons Properties for £755,000.
