A site in Lincoln city centre has been earmarked for a new student accommodation development expected to provide almost 160 beds.Agrarian Ltd has lodged plans on behalf of the applicant to redevelop a site at 245-247 High Street and 2-26 Corporation Street.Plans involve the extension of an existing three-storey building to create an additional two floors and the construction of a five-storey standalone block to provide 156 beds within 10 clusters.The application site is currently in commercial use, with a mix of retail and professional services at street level with commercial government use above. The site also has a car park to the rear, which will be retained.
