Classic Cottages buys Devon office building
A two-storey office building has been sold in South Brent, Devon, on the back of an increase in demand for commercial accommodation in the area.The 4,122 sq ft property, which is located on the Kingswood Court Business Park, was sold off an asking price of £375,000 in a deal brokered by Mark Slade at Bruton Knowles.Close to the A38 and on the border of Dartmoor National Park, the property has been bought by Classic Cottages.
