It will provide space for entrepreneurs and freelancers in the area, as well as offering accredited training provision for apprentices and residents.A five-storey extension will also be built, featuring 60 one-bedroom and studio apartments and communal facilities. The residential element is based on a co-living model will be targeted at young professional who have recently moved out of managed student accommodation.Basement car parking for 17 vehicles and cycle storage is also proposed. The site is located between The Glassworks and The Embankment developments, which are also owned by The Park Lane Group, and it is intended that residents will also have access to the facilities in these buildings.
