College takes space at tower house
Western Tutorial College has relocated to space in a landmark office building in Broadmead following a deal completed by property consultancy JLL.The private college has taken 1,475 sq ft at Tower House on Fairfax Street, a 14-storey building overlooking Castle Park. It has moved from Albion House. It joins existing tenants including Immediate Media, Flagship Consulting and solicitors’ firm Leung & Co. Colliers International are joint letting agents alongside JLL.The letting coincides with an extensive refurbishment programme at the building, with one of one of its suites transformed into a space targeted at technology, media and telecoms businesses. A new reception area is also being created.
