Commercial units scheme revealed

A total of 11 commercial units could be constructed in Sutton Coldfield, according to new plans.Land at Steel Plate and Sections Ltd in Forge Lane has been earmarked for the scheme by applicant Chancerygate (Newbridge) Ltd.The units would be located in four buildings with 72,010 sq ft of internal space provided.A total of 105 car parking spaces have also been included in the plans.
