Construction reaches milestone on new headquarters building
Construction has reached an important milestone on a new headquarters building at a South Yorkshire industrial park.Steelwork is now being installed for an 80,500 sq ft building for USL Group at Enterprise 36 industrial park in Tankersley.Stainforth Construction Ltd was appointed by Barmston Developments, a subsidiary of Leeds based Wilton Developments, to construct the final unit at Enterprise 36. The final unit will become the new headquarters for USL Group, which provide services to the telecoms, utilities, construction and energy sectors.With deals completed by Barmston Developments last year on both Unit 3 and Unit 4, the 77,804 sq ft Unit 2, which comprises is the sole remaining warehouse available at the scheme.Enterprise 36 has been supported by Barnsley Council’s Enterprising Barnsley investment team and its BMBC Property Investment Fund.CBRE and CPP are joint agents on the scheme.
