Consultation launched on Huddersfield bus station plans
A public consultation is being held on plans to transform Huddersfield Bus Station as part of a £32m package of transport improvements in the town.Proposals for the bus station include better passenger facilities and access, and new cycle storage. Environmentally friendly measures, such as solar panels to help make the bus station more energy efficient, are also being considered.The project forms part of a £32m package of transport improvements in the town being brought undertaken in partnership by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Kirklees Council.
