Consultation on job-creating employment site plans
Plans for a new employment development in Doncaster that could create up to 3,500 jobs are set to go before the public for consultation.Blue Anchor Leisure, which owns the 195-acre development site in Armthorpe, immediately off junction 4 of the M18, is showcasing plans to the public at an event next week (27 March 2019). West Moor Park East is currently an ‘option’ site in the draft Local Plan, which is set to be published later this year.Blue Anchor Leisure has previously brought to market 400 acres of land adjoining Doncaster Airport and 200 acres of land at West Moor Park, on which a Next distribution centre has been developed.
