Contractor appointed on South Wales speculative scheme
A Neath Port Talbot-headquartered business which was established in 1870 has been appointed as the main contractor on a speculative industrial scheme at Pencoed Bridgend, off Junction 35 of the M4 Motorway, on Pencoed Technology Park.Trebor Developments and partner Maple Grove Developments has handed the job to building and civil engineering company Andrew Scott Ltd.The single unit of 46,242 sq ft will commence on site in May for occupation in the first quarter of 2023 and is suitable for a range of uses.The scheme benefits from grant funding provided by Welsh Government and the European Regional Development Fund.Trebor Developments and Maple Grove Developments are represented by Knight Frank, Cardiff and DLP Surveyors, Cardiff.
