Contractor appointed to Knowsley Hub
Redsun Projects has appointed a main contractor to bring forward the 50,000 sq ft Knowsley Hub.Triton Construction will work on the Knowsley Industrial Estate scheme, with Redsun having completed the acquisition of the three-acre site from Knowsley Council and secured planning for the scheme in April this year.Designed and project managed by C4 Projects, the development comprises seven units ranging in size from 8,000 sq ft up to 10,000 sq ft.The wider team includes Muir Consulting as engineering consultant and UCML as utilities consultant.Avison Young and B8 Real Estate are joint letting agents for the scheme. A pre-let has already been agreed with Howdens Joinery for 10,000 sq ft.
