Coventry reservoir homes to get thumbs up
Plans to build 70 homes on the site of a decommissioned reservoir in Coventry are set to be approved.Proposals for the former Coundon Reservoir on Scots Lane, which was decommissioned in and cleared in 2011, were lodged by Midlands Land Portfolio.In documents filed ahead of a Coventry City Council planning committee meeting next week (11 May 2017), officers said the scheme “is considered an appropriate development and efficient land use for housing”.
