There will now be an additional committee meeting in mid June 2020 and the planned committee meeting in July will consider all applications that can continue to address local needs.Priority will be given to organisations that are delivering support services or have significantly adapted their services in order to respond to the current crisis and support vulnerable people. Awards of up to £10,000 are available.To ensure your best chance of success please make sure to read through all of the information before you apply.Please see below amendments to the application criteria:You will need to demonstrate how your organisation is addressing the current situation and how additional funding will sustain or extend service deliveryIf your application is successful, the project must be able to start immediatelyThe project must last for a minimum of 2 months (our expectation is that projects will deliver over a six month period rather than our usual twelve month period)Up to 100% core costs are available, if requiredExamples of the type of organisations/services we would like to support are as follows (please note this list is not exhaustive):Organisations providing advice, guidance and support to people in crisisOrganisations providing food banks, food parcels, personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies or direct support to people who are experiencing financial hardshipOrganisations supporting people who are experiencing poor mental healthOrganisations supporting vulnerable people who are experiencing health inequalities, loneliness and/or social isolationOrganisations supporting people experiencing domestic violence/sexual abuseOrganisations supporting local community activity, including volunteering, and co-ordination of servicesApplications to be submitted using the existing CCIP application formAll other CCIP application criteria and exclusions remain the same5.
