Craigleith snaps up apartments at the Loom
Craigleigh Property Group has negotiated the purchase of the bulk of the apartments at the Loom, the latest Manchester development by Artisan Investment Group.Working on behalf of one of its investment partners, Craigleith secured 89 of the 101 units in a deal worth approximately £20m. Artisan will retain the remainder.The Loom will complete Artisan’s residential and commercial development of Vulcan Mill on Pollard Street in Ancoats, providing a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments to rent with underground car parking and concierge.Russells Construction is the contractor.
